Dr. Lisa McDonald graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2001 and since that time through advanced studies, teaching, and full time private practice, she has developed a remarkably high level of clinical proficiency. She brings with her a wide variety of services including clear aligner therapy, surgical procedures, and implant services, along with the same excellent preventative and restorative care that you deserve. Dr. McDonald has recently become certified in “Vivos” sleep apnea treatment and is passionate about helping all of her patients breathe well and find comfortable treatment for sleep apnea. Dr. McDonald approaches patient care in a caring and compassionate manner. She always puts the patient first and treats everyone like members of her family!
Dr. McDonald is a member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, as well as the Greater St. Louis Dental Society. Dr. McDonald lives in Des Peres and enjoys spending time with her daughter Ava. Cycling has become a fun hobby and passion and Dr. McDonald loves exploring all of the great St. Louis trails.
Dr. Merna Megalla grew up in Ottawa, Canada before pursuing her studies at the University of Toronto, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors. She also completed a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition which sparked her connection between nutrition, oral health and systemic health. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Merna has sought out continuing education with some of the most prominent leaders in the field to master all aspects of dentistry. While Merna enjoys all disciplines of dentistry, she has a special interest in restoring smiles.
Merna strives to provide an exceptional dental experience and the highest quality of care for all her patients. Outside of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their two children, Elias and Norah. She also loves the outdoors, particularly walking and hiking.
With over 15 years of experience in office administration, including several in the dental field, Erin is a key part of our practice. She ensures that patients receive the best care and treatment coordination while making the process seamless and stress-free.
Erin has been married for 15 years and is the proud mom of four children: Aaliyah, Alyssa, Alayna, and Elijah. In her free time, she enjoys reading and has a strong passion for animals.
Originally from Columbia, MO, Kaitlynn recently relocated to St. Louis and brings experience in both general dentistry and orthodontics. She has always had a passion for helping people achieve confidence in their smiles and is excited to continue expanding her knowledge in the dental field.
In her spare time, Kaitlynn enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Kathya has been a dental assistant since 2010 and brings over a decade of experience to our team. She strives to make patients feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits.
Kathya has been married to her husband, Mike, since 2021. She enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and cheering on Alabama football (ROLL TIDE!). She is also bilingual and fluent in Spanish, allowing her to assist a wider range of patients.
With over 20 years in the dental field, Candace has extensive knowledge in both clinical and administrative settings. She became an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant in 2020, bringing advanced expertise to our practice.
Candace has been married for 14 years and is the proud mother of two children, Carlos Jr. and Cailee. She enjoys interior design, decorating, and making special memories with her family.
A native of Chicago, IL, Dejah moved to St. Louis from Moline, IL and has been a dental assistant for three years. She loves helping patients feel more confident in their smiles and ensuring they receive compassionate, high-quality care.
Dejah has a 4-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son and has been with her fiancé for four years. Outside of work, she enjoys crossword puzzles, crocheting, and listening to music.
